Meet David Bregoli, Your Charlotte Vehicle Appraiser
David Bregoli has been around cars for nearly his entire life.
His interest started at just four years old, sweeping floors at a local race shop in Connecticut. He later attended technical school and spent years around the local racing community before moving with his family to the Charlotte area in 2005.
Today, David combines decades of hands-on automotive experience with professional appraisal expertise. His background includes experience working on the insurance side of vehicle claims, giving him valuable insight into how vehicle values are evaluated, documented, and challenged.
David works with everything from late-model daily drivers to classic cars, custom vehicles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and specialty vehicles.
He's still very much a car guy, too. David attends local car shows, races at area dirt tracks, and continues to enjoy his family's 1966 Buick.
Outside of the automotive world, David also serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.

What Do You Need Your Vehicle Appraised For?
Different situations call for different types of vehicle appraisals. Auto Appraisal Network – Charlotte provides independent valuations for insurance claims, purchases, ownership decisions, legal matters, and specialty vehicles.
Insurance & Accident Claim Appraisals
Diminished Value Appraisals
Even after quality repairs, a vehicle involved in an accident may be worth less than a comparable vehicle with no accident history.
A diminished value appraisal documents that loss in market value and provides supporting information that may be used as part of an insurance claim.

Total Loss Appraisals
If your vehicle has been declared a total loss and you believe the insurance company's valuation is too low, an independent appraisal can provide another documented opinion of its pre-loss value.
Learn About Total Loss Appraisals
Prior-to-Loss Valuations
A prior-to-loss appraisal helps establish what a vehicle was worth immediately before it was damaged, destroyed, or otherwise involved in a covered loss.
Agreed Value Insurance Appraisals
Classic, collector, custom, exotic, and specialty vehicles often require more individualized valuation than a standard pricing guide can provide.
An independent appraisal can help document the vehicle's value when establishing or updating agreed value insurance coverage.

Buying, Selling & Vehicle Ownership
Pre-Purchase Inspections & Appraisals
Considering buying a used, classic, collector, custom, or specialty vehicle?
A pre-purchase inspection can help identify condition concerns, previous damage, modifications, and other factors that may affect what the vehicle is worth before you commit to the purchase.

Fair Market Value Appraisals
A fair market value appraisal provides an independent opinion of what a vehicle would reasonably sell for in the current market.
These appraisals may be useful for private sales, financial planning, ownership decisions, tax-related matters, and other situations requiring documented vehicle value.
