Refund and Changes Policy

We provide an  appraisal service and the appraisal fee is not contingent upon the outcome of the appraisal.  Once the service is provided, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

 You will be emailed a PDF electronic copy when the report is completed, the printed and bound hard copy will be mailed to you after 2- business days after the PDF was sent.  Additional fees may apply for changes or address errors after he hard copy report has been sent. 

Online Appraisals

 If you're outside our coverage areas and the appraisal is not for legal, pre-purchase or insurance dispute purposes, we can provide you with an online appraisal if you send us current photos of the vehicle.

An online appraisal is $195

If you prefer to email: Appraisals@AutoAppraisalNetwork.com with the following information:

  1. Phone number
  2. Mailing address
  3. Any modifications or options not shown in photos
  4. Purpose of the appraisal i.e. fair market value, collector car insurance, donation, etc.

We'll follow-up with any questions we might have and have a draft report available in roughly 1-2 business days.  When finalized, you will received a PDF copy and printed bound hardcopy for your records.

Appraisal Report Archive

We will only release your appraisal report to you.  For the purpose of verification, you,  an insurance company or financial institution may contact us with the appraisal number located at the bottom of the report, that is the only way we can access archived reports.  AAN Privacy Policy

For a nominal fee we can rename and overwrite the data in your appraisal report, but we won't deleted it...
