John Layzell and Tom Willhite are lifelong automotive enthusiasts who have restored and owned more than 20 collector cars. Their passion extends into the enthusiast community through memberships in the Gold Coast Porsche Club, Gold Coast British Car Club, South Florida VW Club, and Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA).
Since 2008, John and Tom have provided professional appraisal services throughout South Florida for classic cars, street rods, resto-mods, motorcycles, RVs, boats, aircraft, and other specialty vehicles. Their expertise covers pre-purchase and pre-sale appraisals, insurance and replacement values, diminished value and total loss disputes, legal matters, bankruptcy, divorce, and probate.
Both John and Tom have also served as expert witnesses in court, bringing extensive hands-on automotive knowledge and appraisal experience to complex valuation matters. While collector cars remain their passion, their appraisal expertise extends to trucks, motorcycles, watercraft, RVs, and aircraft.
